Details: Im dying inside. Ive lost everything. Ive got 140 hrs in progress on the Soulmask server. My bonfire ran out of fuel on July 26 @ 5:16 am. Only a few things decayed at first that I dont care about. Then at 4:13 pm I lost a 9 resource boxs. Finally at 7:37 pm I lost 98% of my base and everything inside.

From what I can tell only myself and maybe 2 other people ( one tribe ) play in this server. I have not actually been online at the same time as anyone else yet. So if they are cool with it and its possible. Can you please roll the server back to as close as possible to when my base started to decay. Ive already lost everything in Ark SA due to that decay issue so I started this game and now its happened again. pls help me.

Hi Dakdoo,

I am sorry to hear that. I don't have fantastic news, but this will lead to some improvements. I am sharing an image of how the save files work for soulmask.

It doesn't generate multiple files like ark, and we didn't have this particular game backing up to our NAS as it was thought it wasn't necessary as not many people where playing. I will be adding it to our nightly NAS upload.

While this new isn't the best I hope it will serve as a improvement within our community to do better. We are really in need for soulmask administrators and if your interested please get a hold of me. We can probably then rebuild your stuff very quickly.
