As we step into 2025, we’re excited to share some big news, updates, and plans with you! Here's what’s happening:
Ark Survival Ascended: Shiny Event
Our Ark admin, Malcolm, is hosting a **Shiny Event** to celebrate the start of the new year! From **Sunday, January 5th, at 10 PM CST** until **Sunday, January 12th, at 10 PM CST**, the ASA servers will be teeming with shiny and enraged dinos. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Minecraft Vanilla Server Redesign
We’re making changes to simplify the **Minecraft Vanilla SMP** server! To prepare for a map reset, we’re giving everyone time to save their items:
Community Meeting - January 11th, 2025
Join us for the first **Community Meeting of 2025** on **Saturday, January 11th, at 7 PM EST** on Discord. This one-hour meeting will cover:

Ark Survival Ascended: Shiny Event
Our Ark admin, Malcolm, is hosting a **Shiny Event** to celebrate the start of the new year! From **Sunday, January 5th, at 10 PM CST** until **Sunday, January 12th, at 10 PM CST**, the ASA servers will be teeming with shiny and enraged dinos. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Boosted engrams unlocked after defeating a Shiny or Enraged dino!
- Increased chance for Tier 3 Gene Traits and additional Gene Traits.
- Boosted essence rewards from enraged kills.
- 4x boosted dino spawns with higher stats and more variants.
- More precise spawn locations!
- Enraged dinos are tougher:
- 2x tougher on The Island and Scorched servers.
- 3x tougher on Aberration and Extinction servers.
Minecraft Vanilla Server Redesign
We’re making changes to simplify the **Minecraft Vanilla SMP** server! To prepare for a map reset, we’re giving everyone time to save their items:
- Deposit items in your **ender chest** to ensure they’re kept.
- Items left on players will also be preserved.
- Deadline: **January 11th, 2025, at 7 PM EST.**
