Details: When the server crashed at like 8:45 PM Central Time, I was traveling from Crystal Isles to The Island. I woke up on the Island with my Character but with nothing in my inventory. I traveled to Crystal Isles to see if it would spawn because there was mention of a roll back. It did not. At this point, it looks like I lost my inventory from the crash. Is recovery possible?

Sorry for the delay! We can look into this for you... Do you remember the levels of the Argys, Anky, and Baryonyx? Where they in Soul Balls? Anything else important you lost from your inventory?

You can mark this solved, I was able to recover my losses in time. Part of the game really. I think I was just shocked when it happened.
