We currently are unable to restore Paragon souls since they don't really have a spawn code I did try a unique way to resolve the issue but that also didn't work.

Was able to recreate the circumstances to create a proper Paragon soul. Requires one to put the Paragon buff on any Omega of the required type to create the correct soul.
