Details: I am no longer able to use the Tek Bow. The engram was unlocked ( I think by default on davids cloud server?) I used a mind wipe, put all the points in and now it shows the engram isn't unlocked/cant equpi bow. my other lower level tribemates can use tek bow just fine.

You should be able to re-level, as that engram isn't locked behind a boss. If you're still having trouble, try visiting Gen2 to see if that fixes the issue.

Hi Thank you!
I'm just a bit confused why my tribe mates who are level 90 can use it freely since it seems to unlock at level 120, but I cant. We're planning on doing the manticore later which should bump me up enough levels, just wasn't sure if this was a bug/something fixable. Sounds like it isn't, which is totally okay just thought Id check

Also 1 other thing popped up this morning for me, please let me know if youd rather I open a new ticket...
I transferred to Fjordur and found my original character was there, which it asked if I wanted to override, and I chose no. this seems to have removed like 50% of my inventory, which unfortunately included my carcha and my tekwyvern. I've filled out the information from the original ticket with this new info below. If its at all possible to restore these two dinos that would be a huge help.

levels are estimates, these were "bred" dinos, so I'm not finding their levels in the tribe log.

Actually, go ahead and close this ticket! I didn't realize quite how many carchas/void wyrms we had available to breed, so I will be able to replace these in no time
