Details: I was trying to transfer servers from the Island to Crystal Isles about a minute before the Island server went down, and upon loading, I was told by my Ark that I didn't have Crystal Isles installed and I basically waited until the update finished. Once I logged back in, a was kicked due to the overload buffer, and by the time I got in the second time, I didn't have any of my Shadowmanes on me, and /download didn't give me anything.
I'd like to get whatever Shadowmanes there are back please!
