[Resolved] Inactive Base at Build Spot

I used to have a base on an old cluster on Valguero at the coords 31.75, 88.85 in the ab cave but when I got there I saw there was a small base the belonged to the tribe of Kasuma. So I asked if anyone knew when the tribe was last online and I checked the almanac but when I checked it their tribe didn't appear anywhere in the valguero section. I wanted to know if it was possible for an admin to remove the base so I could build in that location because they have been inactive for a while.
