Dinos involved: a lot of dinos that i cant remember

Details: I logged off on extinction and didn't get on for a few days and all my stuff poofed out of existence. When i logged in it said to download my character, but when i did there was nothing in my inventory. I checked every server for my body and found nothing. Not sure what to do as i had everything i own on my body.

Daddy Long Legs, I am so sorry that happened. The problem is that based upon your ticket, we have no idea where to even start with restoration. I need to pose a few questions.

How long was "A few days"
Were you Tribed there with dinos saved in Terminals that we can research? If so Tribe name please
Did you log out in a Base or in a Random location? If it was a base we need cords, please.
we also need the following information: Dinos lost (be specific): Items Lost: any extra information you can give us.
