Details: I have been in game about 100hrs since joining back on ARK. I have earned 0 Ark Shop points. I rarely hop servers unless I had to tame a dino then went back to primary map. I have used previous store points when when I played a while back. But still have yet to earn anymore. I have sent screenshots to Baron from when i first talked with him, and also after he gifted some points due to the issue. Although my Tribemate Gramps on the server is a supporter and has earned them. Also my other Tribe Mates who are non supporters (Kanye East, The Captain) have earned between 50-100 and play less than I do...
First screenshot is at 7:30pm CST and Second Screenshot is after points where gifted (300) and my starting (5) at 10:30pm CST. Never switched servers during this test.
