Suggestion for pvp rules: exception for war games

Initiative: allow sport matches b/n pvp players, where players define the rules.

Legal status: illegal as may include passive dino killing and foundation wiping.

Suggestion: add a clause to pvp rules which allows players override pvp rules in predefined conditions. Conditions and format of agreement is intentionally left undisclosed and is supposed to be defined later in case this initiative is approved.

We are still debating if rules 6 and 7 will still be with us. Since the poll came out strictly tied means management gets to make the hard call on which half of the voters to upset. Sorry that it's taking so long to make up our minds, there's a lot of factors to consider.

If we do keep them, we'll consider adding in some sort of exceptions allowed to them. (Like if both tribes involved agree to passive taming kill being okay, but must document it in the forums so admins know etc.)
