Details: I threw a soul ball of a Liopleurodon that i got from the July 4th kit, no dino came out and the ball disappeared

I'm pretty sure that is because of how the default lio works and how they have a 30 min timer when tamed till they despwn and from what I know this also applies when they are in soul balls. How long did you have it before you threw it out?

over 24 hours, i didn't bother with it or the mosa when i first claimed the kit because i didn't have a water base built to house them

Yeah then sadly the Lio despawned. Lios are used to give you a buff which increases loot crate quality which is why they only last for 30 mins when tamed before they despawn.

aight cool, thanks...is the titan also eventually going to disappear? or is it is a perma dino thanks to one of the mods

I'm not sure. I know they won't disappear in the soul ball since they will starve themselves eventually but I don't know if the titans are permanent on this cluster. Might wanna ask on the discord and see if other people know. Also I'm gonna close the ticket since your question was resolved. Feel free to dm me if you have any more questions.
